BookingHub – Translation Guide

BookingHub is fully translation-ready.
You can translate all admin-side (WordPress dashboard) strings using either:

• Loco Translate (Free)

• WPML (Paid)

The main BookingHub plugin contains most translation strings, but individual addons may also include additional text.

1. Translating with Loco Translate (Recommended)

Step 1 — Install Loco Translate

Go to Plugins → Add New, search for Loco Translate, install and activate it.

Step 2 — Open BookingHub

Go to Loco Translate → Plugins → Booking Hub (booking-hub).

Step 3 — Create Template

If you see “No translations found”, click:

➡️ Create template

This generates the translation template (pot file) required for new languages.

Step 4 — Add Language

Click:

➡️ New language

Select your target language → Save.

Step 5 — Translate Addons

Each BookingHub addon may also include strings.
Repeat the same steps for any addons you installed.

2. Translating with WPML

BookingHub is compatible with WPML’s String Translation module.

To translate BookingHub using WPML:

1. Install WPML + String Translation

2. Go to WPML → Theme and plugins localization

3. Scan the Booking Hub plugin (and addons if needed)

4. Translate detected strings in WPML → String Translation

WPML will automatically load and display all BookingHub strings after scanning.

3. Translating Booking Forms (Dynamic Content)

➡ Requires the BookingHub Multilingual Addon

Booking forms contain dynamic strings rendered in real-time. Because of this:

• ❌ Loco Translate cannot translate booking form strings

• ❌ WPML cannot translate booking form strings

• ✔ You must purchase the BookingHub Multilingual Addon to translate booking form content

With the Multilingual Addon, you can translate:

• Form labels

• Steps

• Custom fields

• Dynamic values

• All multilingual booking forms
