Before you can start accepting bookings with BookingHub, you need to define the type of appointments or reservations your business offers. BookingHub supports four main appointment modes, each tailored to different business types.
Step 1: Select an Appointment Mode
Go to BookingHub > Settings and choose your Appointment Mode:
Note: If you have already selected the appointment mode during the setup wizard, you can skip this step.
Service-Based Appointments β for professionals like barbers, doctors, therapists, consultants, and lawyers
Hotel β for hotels, hostels, and other accommodations
Event β for classes, concerts, conferences, and other events
Car Rental β for vehicle rental businesses
Your selection determines the structure of your bookings and which modules will be available to you.
Step 2: Add Your Offerings Based on the Mode

Use this mode if you offer services with specific durations or staff availability.
Go to BookingHub > Services
Enter details like name, duration, price, and description
Add features (e.g., free consultation) and extras (e.g., premium support, extended session)
This mode is ideal for:
Barbers & Salons
Clinics & Therapists
Legal or Financial Advisors
Any appointment-based business

Designed for hospitality businesses with multiple room types.
Navigate to BookingHub > Hotels
Add each hotel you manage
Add rooms under each hotel with their details (e.g., type, capacity, price)
Include room features (e.g., Wi-Fi, breakfast) and optional extras (e.g., airport pickup)
ποΈ Event Mode
Use this mode for scheduling events with limited seats or time slots.
Go to BookingHub > Events
Create your event listings with details such as date, capacity, and ticket price
Add event features (e.g., front row seating) and extras (e.g., merchandise, refreshments)
π Car Rental Mode
Ideal for businesses offering daily/hourly vehicle rentals.
Go to BookingHub > Vehicles
Add each vehicle (make, model, rental price, availability)
Add vehicle features (e.g., automatic transmission) and extras (e.g., GPS, insurance)
